Attracting new Industries to Nevada. An education tax could be placed on mining and/or gaming. Welfare cost could be significantly reduced by controlling what products recipients can purchase. No snack foods, soda, steaks, lobster, etc. Importance should be placed on nutrition not desire like the WIC program that is geared around nutrition.

Quality education draws industry.
